DMCA & Copyright Policy
DriveStuntGames.com respects the rights of copyright owners. This page explains how to ask us to review or remove material, and what a request needs to contain.
Last updated: September 1, 2026
1. Our position on copyright
Games, artwork, thumbnails, trademarks, music, code and other materials that appear on this site belong to their respective owners, developers and providers. DriveStuntGames does not claim ownership of the third-party games listed here.
Many titles are hosted by third-party game providers and loaded into our pages through an embed (an iframe). In those cases the game file itself is served from the provider's own servers, not ours. What DriveStuntGames controls is the page around the game: the listing, its title and description, the thumbnail, the tags, and the link or embed that gives access to it from this site.
2. What we can and cannot remove
This distinction matters, so it is worth being direct about it:
- We can remove or disable a listing on DriveStuntGames.com — the game page, its thumbnail, its description, its links and the embed that loads the game from this site.
- We cannot delete or alter a file stored on a third-party provider's own servers. If the game is hosted elsewhere, removing our page stops access through DriveStuntGames.com, but the game may still exist on the provider's service. A notice sent to that provider is the only way to have it removed at the source.
Where we can identify the provider, we are happy to point you toward them, but we cannot act on their behalf.
3. Sending a copyright notice
If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act for one, and you believe material accessible on DriveStuntGames.com infringes your rights, send us a written notice by email:
- Email: contact@drivestuntgames.com
- Subject line: DMCA Takedown Request
To be actionable, your notice should include all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed — the game, artwork, video, text or other material, with a link to the original where one exists. If the notice covers several works, a representative list of them.
- The exact DriveStuntGames.com URL of each page you are asking us to review. A general description of the site, a category name or a search result is not enough for us to locate and act on the material.
- A description of the allegedly infringing material and where it appears on that page — for example the embedded game, the thumbnail image, the description text or a credit.
- Your contact information: full name, the company or rights holder you represent, mailing address, telephone number and email address at which we can reach you.
- A good-faith statement that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement of accuracy and authority, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature. Typing your full legal name at the end of the email is accepted as an electronic signature.
Incomplete notices slow everything down. If a notice is missing something we need — most often the exact URL — we will normally reply and ask for it rather than close the matter.
4. What happens after we receive a notice
We review notices in the order they arrive and act on valid ones within a reasonable time. Where a claim appears valid, we remove or disable access to the material identified on DriveStuntGames.com. We may also notify the third-party provider that supplied the game, and, where we are able to, the person who submitted the material, giving them a copy of the notice.
Removing a page from this site does not require us to decide who owns what. It is a step we take to respect a rights holder's claim, not a legal judgment about it.
5. Counter-notification
If material of yours was removed or disabled and you believe that was a mistake, or that you have the right to use the material, you may send a counter-notification tocontact@drivestuntgames.com with the subject lineDMCA Counter-Notification. It should include:
- identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- your full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court where you are located, or — if you are outside the United States — of a court in which DriveStuntGames may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice or their agent;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We may forward a valid counter-notification to the party who sent the original complaint. Where the law allows and the circumstances warrant, access to the material may be restored.
6. False or misleading notices
Under Section 512(f) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, a person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing — or that material was removed by mistake — may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees. Please make sure you hold the rights you are claiming, and consider whether the use is permitted by law, before sending a notice. If you are unsure, seek legal advice first.
7. Repeat infringement
We do not knowingly list infringing material. In appropriate circumstances we will stop listing games from a provider or submitter that is the subject of repeated valid copyright complaints, and we may decline future submissions from that source.
8. Corrections, credits and delisting requests
Not every request needs to be a legal notice. If you are a developer or provider and simply want a credit corrected, a description updated, a thumbnail changed, or your game delisted from this site, write tocontact@drivestuntgames.com with the page URL and what you would like changed. We handle those requests the same way and without argument.
