1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using DriveStuntGames.com ("the site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.

2. Use of the website

The site is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial entertainment. No account or registration is required to browse the catalogue or play a game. You are responsible for the device, browser and internet connection you use, and for any costs associated with them.

3. Browser games

Games listed on this site run inside your web browser. Nothing needs to be installed to play them. Games are listed, described and categorised by us so that they can be found; the listing does not imply that we developed, published or endorse a title.

4. Third-party games and embeds

Many games on the site are supplied by third-party game providers and loaded into our pages through an embed (an iframe). When a game loads, your browser communicates directly with that provider's servers.

• Those providers are independent of DriveStuntGames and are not under our control.

Your use of a third-party game may also be subject to that provider's own terms. Where those terms apply, they govern your relationship with that provider directly.

5. External websites and services

The site links to external websites, including game providers, developer pages and advertisers. Those links are provided for convenience only. We do not control external sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.

6. Intellectual property

Games, artwork, thumbnails, trademarks, music, code and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners, developers and providers. DriveStuntGames does not claim ownership of third-party games.

The site's own material — its layout, design, original descriptions, editorial text, category structure and branding — belongs to DriveStuntGames or is used with permission, and may not be copied, republished or redistributed on a substantial scale without our permission. Ordinary linking to our pages is welcome.

7. User conduct

When using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and considerately, and in particular to keep comments civil and on topic.

Prohibited activities

• circumvent, disable or interfere with security features, advertising, or any restriction applied by us or by a game provider;

8. Comments and user submissions

Where comments are available, you are responsible for what you post. By submitting a comment you confirm you have the right to post it, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store and remove it in connection with the site.

Comments are public. Do not include personal information you would not want visible to others. We do not pre-screen comments, but we may moderate, edit or remove any submission at any time, for any reason, including breach of these terms — and we are not obliged to do so. Opinions expressed in comments belong to the people who post them, not to DriveStuntGames.

9. Ratings and favourites

Ratings, likes and favourites are convenience features. Favourites are stored in your own browser, which means clearing your browser data removes them. Likes and ratings are recorded on our side against an anonymous identifier rather than an account, so they do not follow you to another device or browser either. We may reset, recalculate or remove ratings or likes that appear to be manipulated, automated or otherwise inauthentic, and we do not guarantee that any of this data will be preserved.

10. Advertising

The site is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense, and ads may appear alongside content or within third-party games. Advertisements are supplied by third parties; their inclusion is not an endorsement. We are not responsible for the content of ads, or for the products, services or websites they promote, and any dealings you have with an advertiser are solely between you and them. 11. Availability, changes and removal of games

DriveStuntGames does not guarantee:

• uninterrupted or error-free access to the site;
• uptime or continued operation of any third-party game provider;
• compatibility with every device, browser, screen size or input method;
• that any particular game will remain available, or remain unchanged;
• the security or privacy practices of external game providers.

We may add, change, move, suspend or remove any game, page, feature or part of the site at any time, without notice. Games can also be changed or withdrawn by their providers, which may make a title stop working here through no action of ours. Where we notice this, we remove or replace the entry.

12. Browser and device compatibility

Games vary in what they need. Some require a keyboard or mouse, some are demanding on hardware, and some do not support touch controls or older browsers. A game failing to load on your setup is not a defect in the site, and we cannot guarantee that any game will run on any particular device.

13. Disclaimers

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Third-party provider responsibility

Where a game is supplied by a third party, responsibility for that game — its content, behaviour, advertising, purchases, availability and data handling — rests with the provider. Our role is limited to listing it and providing access from this site. If a problem lies inside a third-party game, we can remove or replace the listing here, but we cannot change the game itself.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site develops. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page, and the date above shows when it was last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

20. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect, and the unenforceable provision is applied to the maximum extent permitted.
