Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information DriveStuntGames.com collects when you use the site, why it is collected, who else may receive it, and what control you have over it.
Last updated: September 1, 2026
DriveStuntGames.com ("DriveStuntGames", "we", "us") operates this website. By using the site you agree to the handling of information described here. If you do not agree with this policy, please stop using the site.
One point is worth stating up front, because it shapes much of what follows: many games on this site are not hosted by us. They are supplied by third-party game providers and loaded into our pages through an embed (an iframe). Those providers are independent of DriveStuntGames and handle information under their own privacy policies, which we neither control nor administer.
1. Information we collect
We collect very little directly. Most information reaches us — or third parties — automatically, as a normal part of loading a web page.
1.1 Information you give us
- Comments. If you post a comment on a game page, we receive the name you type, the text of your comment and the game it relates to, along with the time it was submitted. Please do not include personal details you would not want shown publicly — comments are visible to other visitors.
- Email. If you write to us, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach to it. We use that information to answer you and to keep a record of the request.
1.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, technical information is received automatically by us and by the services we use. This typically includes:
- your IP address and the general location derived from it, such as country or region;
- browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen size and language settings;
- the pages you view, the games you open, the links you click and the time spent on pages;
- the referring website or search engine that brought you here;
- date and time of access, and similar request and diagnostic data.
This information is used in aggregate to understand which games and categories are popular, to detect errors and abuse, and to keep the site working. We do not use it to try to identify you personally.
1.3 Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. localStorage is a related browser feature that keeps data on your own device rather than sending it to a server. This site and the services it uses may rely on both:
- Favourites, stored on your device. The games you mark as favourites are kept in your browser's localStorage so they survive a page reload. That list stays on your device, and clearing your browser storage removes it.
- An anonymous identifier for likes and ratings. When you like or rate a game, your browser creates a random identifier and keeps it in localStorage so that the same browser is not counted twice. The like or star rating itself is sent to us and stored with Supabase, described below. The identifier is scrambled into a one-way value before it is stored, so what is kept alongside your like or rating cannot be read back as the identifier your browser holds. Clearing your browser storage removes that identifier from your device, but does not by itself delete a like or rating already recorded.
- Analytics cookies and identifiers, used to distinguish one visit from another and to produce usage statistics.
- Advertising cookies, set by advertising providers to serve, cap and measure ads.
- Cookies set by third-party game providers when an embedded game loads, for their own purposes, such as saving your progress in that game.
2. Analytics
We use third-party analytics services to understand how the site is used — for example, which pages and games are visited, how visitors arrive, and where errors occur. These services collect information such as IP address, device and browser details, pages viewed and interactions, and may set cookies or similar identifiers on your device. Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve the catalogue and the site's performance. Each analytics provider processes information under its own privacy policy.
3. Advertising and Google AdSense
This site is free to use and supported by advertising, and it uses Google AdSense to display ads. Advertising works roughly as follows:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or to other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising by Google throughGoogle Ads Settings.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising by many other vendors throughaboutads.info/choicesoryouronlinechoices.com.
Advertising providers may collect your IP address, device and browser information and information about the pages you view, and may combine it with data collected elsewhere. Their handling of that information is governed by their own policies — seehow Google uses information from sites that use its services. Blocking advertising cookies does not stop ads from appearing; it makes them less relevant.
4. Third-party embedded games
Games on this site are commonly delivered as embeds from third-party game providers. When a game page loads, or when you start a game, your browser connects directly to that provider's servers. As a result, the provider may receive information such as:
- your IP address;
- browser and device details, including operating system and screen size;
- the page that loaded the game;
- cookies or other storage set by that provider, including game progress and settings;
- other technical information sent as part of an ordinary web request.
That information is received under the provider's own privacy policy, not this one. DriveStuntGames does not control, and is not responsible for, the independent privacy practices, cookies, advertising or data handling of third-party game providers. If you are concerned about a specific provider, review its privacy policy before playing, or do not start the game.
5. Supabase and interactive features
We use Supabase, a third-party hosted database and backend service, to support interactive features such as comments and, where applicable, ratings. When such a feature is used, Supabase processes the information needed to provide it — for example the display name and comment text you submit, the game the comment belongs to, timestamps, and technical request data such as an IP address, which is ordinary for any hosted service and is used for delivery, security and abuse prevention.
Supabase acts as a service provider on our behalf and handles that data under its own privacy policy and its agreement with us. Where a feature works entirely inside your browser, nothing is sent to it at all — see the note on browser storage above.
6. How we use information
- to operate the website and load the games listed on it;
- to provide comments, ratings, favourites and similar features you choose to use;
- to understand usage in aggregate and improve the catalogue, navigation and performance;
- to display and measure advertising;
- to detect, prevent and investigate spam, abuse, security incidents and technical faults;
- to answer messages you send us;
- to comply with legal obligations and to enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal information.
7. How information may be shared
Information may be shared in the following situations, and no others:
- Service providers. Hosting, analytics, advertising and backend providers process information so that the site can function.
- Third-party game providers. As described above, loading or starting an embedded game means your browser communicates with that provider directly.
- Publicly, by your choice. A comment you post, including the name attached to it, is visible to anyone who visits that page.
- Legal reasons. Where we believe disclosure is required by law, or is necessary to protect our rights, our users or the security of the site.
- Business transfer. If the site or its assets change hands, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
8. Third-party privacy policies
This policy covers DriveStuntGames.com only. Advertising networks, analytics providers, backend providers and third-party game providers each operate under their own privacy policies and cookie practices. We recommend reading the policy of any third party whose service you use through this site. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content or practices of those third parties.
9. Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled through this site, including serving the site over HTTPS and relying on established service providers. No website or method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information through comments or email.
10. Data retention
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or for as long as we are required to keep it to meet a legal obligation. Comments remain visible until they are removed by us or at your request. Email correspondence is kept while it remains relevant to the matter it concerns. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to the retention settings and policies of the providers concerned. Data stored in your own browser stays there until you clear it.
11. Your choices and controls
- Cookies. Your browser can block or delete cookies, including third-party cookies. Blocking some cookies may break parts of the site or of an embedded game.
- Browser storage. Clearing site data in your browser removes your favourites and the anonymous identifier used for likes and ratings. Unliking a game removes that like. Clearing browser storage on its own does not delete a like or rating that has already been recorded.
- Advertising. Use the opt-out links in the advertising section above to limit personalised ads.
- Analytics. Browser settings, extensions and provider opt-outs can limit analytics collection.
- Comments. You can ask us to remove a comment you posted by writing tocontact@drivestuntgames.com with the page URL and enough detail for us to identify it.
- Do Not Track. Browsers handle Do Not Track signals inconsistently and there is no common standard for responding to them, so we do not respond to them at this time.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information relating to you, or to object to certain processing. Write to us at the address above and we will respond as required by applicable law. Because the site has no user accounts, we may need extra detail from you to locate any information that relates to you.
12. Children's privacy
This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, as that term is used in the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and in comparable laws elsewhere.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through this site — in a comment, for example — contact us atcontact@drivestuntgames.com and we will remove it. Parents should also be aware that third-party games, ads and services reached through this site are operated by others under their own policies.
13. International users
The site is available internationally. The providers we use operate servers in various countries, so information handled through this site — including technical data collected automatically — may be processed in a country other than your own, where data protection laws may differ from those where you live. By using the site, you understand that information may be processed in this way.
14. Links to other websites
Pages on this site may link to external websites, including game providers, developer pages and advertisers. Following such a link takes you to a site we do not control. This policy does not apply there, and we are not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices of any external site.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the site, its features or the services it relies on change. A revised version takes effect when it is posted on this page, and the date above shows when it was last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy, so it is worth re-reading from time to time.
16. Contact
Questions about this policy, or about information handled through this site, can be sent tocontact@drivestuntgames.com.
